Payment Policy

At Your Home Retreat, we offer a variety of secure payment options to make your checkout process smooth and protected. This Payment Policy outlines how we handle transactions, pre-authorizations, refunds, financing, and more.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and available financing options. All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system to safeguard your personal and financial information.

Order Confirmation
Once your payment is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. This confirms that we’ve received your purchase and are preparing it for processing. If a payment is declined, you’ll be notified with instructions to resolve the issue.

Pre-Authorization
For some high-value purchases, you may notice a temporary pre-authorization on your statement. This is standard and will automatically be removed if the payment is not finalized.

Duplicate or Failed Payments
If a duplicate or failed transaction occurs, we will refund any extra charges automatically within 5 to 10 business days. If the refund does not appear after that time, please contact us directly.

Financing Options
If you choose a financing option at checkout, please review the provider’s terms carefully. Financing is handled through our approved third-party partners, and their terms will apply.

Currency
All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified at checkout. If you are shopping from outside the U.S., your bank may apply exchange rates or international fees.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable local tax laws. This will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or violates our Terms of Service. In such cases, any funds collected will be returned to your original payment method.
